- Water (which is my favorite)- It helps to keep you hydrated which can cure fatigue after exercise
- Berries is also great, they contain complex carbohydrates which can give you energy to last you a while
- Cheese (who doesn't love cheese?- unless you are lactose intolerant)- it contains amino acids which is also great for your brain.
- Hot cocoa (who would of thought) =), it gives a strong antioxidant punch which is great
- Turkey is for those with bad sleep patterns (like me)- it contains tryptophan which can help induce sleep
- Red wine!!- it contains antioxidants and dopamine which improves the mood
- On the flip side energy drinks can mess up your sleep pattern
